宝之云梅山基地拟选址在梅钢公司厂区（二冷轧预留地块），拟建设数据2 栋楼，项目总占地面积约67700 ㎡，共7000 个机柜。其中，每栋数据建设3500 个机架，平均功耗为6kW，按照国家标准A 级标准建设，规划四层数据机房及配套设施，建筑面积约35000 ㎡，预计一期投资15亿元，项目建设周期2年，2020年计划投资2亿元。
